Is there repetition here? Without a doubt. However, I have read this book three times over the last nine years and really enjoy it. If you enjoy cycling but also find other people's experiences, thoughts and lives interesting....normal riders, not just world class riders; you just might enjoy this book as much as I. In fact, I do believe it is time for Volume II.
