The pictures are cute. And I have not read the entire book. However having read lots of bible storybooks I feel like there are better options. This one does not focus on a personal relationship with God, it relates events. “And that is how the brave beautiful Esther saved her people, the Jews.” Not God? Some language is strong for effect. “For Jericho’s people it was a terrifying and mysterious display of strength. What are the Israelites up to, they wondered? Does that ark really have magical powers?....Joshua’s army entered the city and killed every man, woman and child they found there....all except forRahab ....So , If this is the only bible storybook you have, read it, but I feel like it misses a lot.
