The stories are short and to the point, with a summary and short "verse" they can memorize. For example, for one of the Noah stories they can memorize "When I see a rainbow, I will remember God's promises to me." The pictures are very fun and each story has a song to go with it on the CDs. My kids love listening to the songs over and over again, they're great for the car. I highly recommend this book!I bought the Kindle Edition and am let down. I could not find in the description if it included the songs wirelessly just like some Kindle books can read to you. Since they did not bother to mention if it did or did not and it used the same cover as the hard cover copy, I made the assumption it did! They tout that the Kindle edition is a 50% savings. What it fails to mention despite being a bible is that you are only getting 50% of the product. I would not have purchased this product had I known what I know now!...but the 100 bible stories is all you get. I was hoping that I'd be able to download the 100 songs somehow, but I wasn't. So it's a book like the other few I already have with very short toddler-style bible stories. Should've bought the book to be delivered so I could get the music with it. I'm a home-school mom and was planning on using it for a daily story/song block of time in the morning, but it's simplicity doesn't have the edge it needs to keep attention without the music to go along.More an inditment meant for Amazon Kindle than book, the book basically is okay though lacking.Okay I'm not an idiot but it says 100 Bible stories AND 100 Bible Songs. I bought the book for the songs not realizing the Kindle version would be a ripoff. This is happening too often with Kindle atrocious formatting or none at all, this time not including content.Great product, prompt serviceStories are short and simple. The title is deceptive because there is no songs. Would not recommend if you were lookingfor both.My son (16 months) received this Bible story book/CD for Christmas. We've been reading a story each night before bed, they are just the right length to hold his attention. He happily climbs into the rocking chair each night and waits for me to read his story.A previous reviewer mentioned that while the stories don't go into any great Biblical detail, the basic facts are there. The simple applications make even me stop and rethink my attitudes and actions once in a while, too.The CDs aren't the best children's music I've ever heard. They're fine, but nothing special. For the current bargain price, it's well worth it.This Bible is wonderful. The stories are all one page long. Perfect for short attention spans. The stories are accurate (a big plus since it seems not all toddler Bibles are). The music is just a bonus. We don't listen to it a lot because I'm not that fond of it but all my kids love it. It has a lot of songs on it I remember from my childhood and tons of other ones I had never heard. I highly recommend this Bible.
